WARRANTIES, EXCHANGES, SHIPPING
Almost everything sold by VAPE Smoke Rings carries some type of warranty. The majority of the products we carry are name brands such as Joyetech, Kangertech, Vaporesso, Tobeco, Aspire and Smoktech, for example. These products carry Limited warranties ranging from 2 weeks to 90 days. Our policy is a 2 week warranty. Most product carries a manufacturer warranty (see enclosed warranty cards) of 30 to 90 days. Save your receipt, and original packaging. Any warranty issues occurring after OUR stated 14 days must be dealt with at the manufacturer level. You will find most Manufacturer's are very accommodating beyond what we can offer. If you send a product back to us in accordance with our 14 day return policy you must send back with original packaging, receipt or proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem. No coils will be warrantied unless there is a factory recall. At our discretion, upon receipt of a returned item the warranty will be honored in accordance with terms and conditions of stated warranty. If any returned item shows unusual ware, such as excessive scratches, dents, e liquid dripped into the unit, water damage or any condition not reasonable with normal use, the warranty will be void. We recommend you treat your E cig and accessories as you would your cell phone. A large portion of E cigs contain microprocessors. They may break if dropped or abused. The batteries are lithium ion batteries, they must be kept in cool dry places, away from excessive heat or cold, and charged regularly. We recommend you Google search or look on You Tube if you have questions about care and maintenance of your battery or E cigs. These products carry a manufacturer warranty well beyond the ‘clone’ products on the market, but still need to be treated with care. If you have a problem within the warranty period give us a call or e mail lets troubleshoot the problem.
VAPE Smoke Rings sells very few ‘Clone’ products, mostly Mechanical mods and some rebuildable Atomizers. All ‘clone’ products have a 14 day warranty. All products should be inspected upon receipt. Anything found to have a problem MUST be reported to VAPE Smoke Rings within 48 hours of receipt. Email us with any problems so you have a timeline record. We will contact you and try to troubleshoot the problem by email or speaking directly with you. All rebuildable Atomizers (authentic or clone) carry a strict 48 hour warranty. Due to the nature of the product, there is no exception. (If you build, you will understand)
Atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, and cartridges have a strict 48 hour check and confirm warranty policy. Upon receipt, you will need to check your tank or cartridge. Confirm the ‘coil’ is seated well, and all gaskets are intact. If you have any trouble you must make a claim within the 48 hour period of receipt. If you are buying multiples, to protect yourself from possible defective products test the items. Most of the time there will be no problem with the product but if you want to be sure, vape it. INSPECT AND TEST ALL DELIVERED PRODUCTS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME MENTIONED WITHIN THIS WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY. Any liquid purchased has no warranty. It is strictly a consumable product and is subject to one’s taste. We cannot guarantee you will like it other than to say all our liquid is of the highest quality, made in the USA and is sold by us regularly.
All returns will be at the expense of the buyer. Any replacement issued by VAPE Smoke Rings will be paid for by VAPE Smoke Rings or we will issue a credit to your account for the price of the item.
If you order the incorrect product, you may exchange it. It must be unused, unopened and sent back to us within 72 hours of receipt at your expense. When we have the product in hand, and confirm its condition is resalable we will send you the proper item you intended or credit your account. No refund will be issued. Credit or resend will be your option. If we resend, you will be charged the least amount of freight available to us.
If we send you the incorrect item, we will pay for the return. Once we receive the item(s) back we will replace the item(s), all at our expense.
We will ship anywhere in the US as long as a valid address is provided. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Orders are processed 6 days a week. Any orders received before 3 pm Monday- Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm will possibly be shipped the same day but is not guaranteed. If not, it will ship the next day. Saturday orders will be shipped the following Monday. Any email inquiry or order will be confirmed "received" within 2 hours of receiving the order or inquiry. Any items which may run out of stock will be relayed to you prior to shipping, with an E.T.A. for that product. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.
Once it is confirmed your product has been delivered, our responsibility has been met. We recommend you purchase insurance for any order with value over $50.00. The rate is reasonable. We will add it to your cost. This will protect your purchase if the product is damaged in shipping and give you piece of mind. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, you will be charged for the freight and a 20% restocking fee. We will confirm shipping address against the information provided us by your email or your account profile.
We try to use the US Postal service when possible. Any order $75.00 or more will ship FIRST CLASS free. Average time is 3-4 days. Any claims will not be accepted until 5 business days have passed. If you desire PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping we will negotiate the best price possible for you minus the FIRST CLASS we provide free on orders over $75.00. EXPRESS shipping claims will not be accepted until 3 business days. PRIORITY claims, same as FIRST CLASS. EXPRESS shipping must be processed and delivered by 3 pm to ensure next day receipt.
If your order is over $75.00 you are entitled to free shipping. If some of your products are out of stock and the amount available is below $75.00 you will still receive the free shipping. When the out of stock product is available this too will ship freight free. However if you choose not to receive the back ordered product when it is available, appropriate freight will be charged to your account for the product you did receive. We will not charge you for product that is out of stock, only for what is shipped. We are located in Florida. We will charge all orders the Florida State Sales Tax of 7%. All out of state orders with be the responsibility of the buyer to pay appropriate sales tax.
